I order Christmas presents each year for my two sons from Public Rec. They keep most items but this year I needed to return one item because of fit and they said my account was flagged for returning too many items.
That can't be because my sons always keep items and I only shop there once a year.
I've never experienced such a horrible return policy! I will never shop at Public Rec again!

- Delivery shows 6:31 PM with a photo at a door that isn't mine.
- My credit card was charged; please overnight the pants since I travel Monday.
I received a message telling me my order was delivered about 6:31 PM last night. There was a picture attached showing the package at a door.
The problem is that is not my door. I don't have side lights as shown in the picture.
So I was very excited to receive my new pants but now I am not sure about the delivering of my order to somewhere else.
You have already charged my credit card for the purchase.
I would still like to have what I ordered. So could you overnight my order?
